My Arts N Crafts Box

Incase you were wondering where I keep most of my arts N crafts stuff it's in a  tool box!

Artsy Fartsy Needs: all your arts and craft stuff, a tool box, and spray paint

Since it was black I wanted to spray paint it my favorite color so it looked more girly!
I took off the yellow part so that it wouldn't get paint on it and then sprayed.

I got this box from Target and it works perfect for everything!

You could get a normal arts N crafts box but I like my tool box better!

Rainbow Nails

Artsy Fartsy Needs: about 8 nail polishes- all the colors of the rainbow,
a face sponge, and elmer's glue

Saw these nails on Pinterest and knew I just had to try it!

First put the glue around your nails.
This is too much, it went on the nail so the polish didn't stick to that part of the nail.
Be careful!

First took pink/purple and pink to roll on my index finger.
Next used the same part but added orange and yellow to the side, rolled on middle finger.
Then used the other side for yellow, green, and blue for my ring finger.
Lastly used blue and purple for my pinky finger.

I reapplied and rolled on my nails about 3 times, until its vivid.

So glad I used the glue because I got the paint all over my nails, like usual.

Note: this isn't a quick thing to do it took at least an hour to do.

TaDa!

DIY Christmas Lights

On Pinterest I saw these lights that you could have in your room all year long.
And I knew I just had to make them!!

Artsy Fartsy Needs:  Christmas Lights, Ping-Pong Balls, Pliers, and a Drill (Optional)

I bought the lights on black Friday and then two months later decided to do this project.
At that point I had forgotten how many lights there were so I had to make a few trips to the Dollar store to pick up the ping-pong balls.

To make the holes at first I was just using the pliers, which you can do it just takes a while.

My friends dad got out his drill to help me, boy was the so much faster.

We even had an assembly line going on, Mom opening the cases, Dad drilling the holes, and me making the holes bigger with the pliers to put it on the lights.

I tried to widen the hole to fit perfectly on the lights,
if the hole was too big on the lights I would have to super glue them down.
If the hole was just right it fits without falling off the light!
